The trouble with the widely used Hubble law v = H.D is, that this law is based on Hubble’s assumption that speed  is the only cause of redshift, without any proof. They related estimated distances of galaxies with their measured redshift. Later observations of much higher redshifted galaxies in deep space, force us to adapt the law for another cause of redshift: cosmic inflation. We thus get the advanced Hubble law based on speed (due to the Doppler Effect) and distance (due to cosmic inflation). This leads to surprising results, Andromeda is approaching us even faster than currently published!
